Overview

Every call you make shapes the battlespace—on the ground, in the skies, and beyond. Whether guiding air missions, controlling airspace, or commanding defence systems, you’ll play a decisive role in securing our advantage.
Depending on your specialisation, you will fortify our skies in different ways.
Air Battle Management
You will show our aircraft the way, providing the direction they need to deal with aerial threats decisively.
Air Defence Weapons
You will have a full suite of advanced air defence systems at your disposal. Fire or hold? Friend or foe? You will make the call.
Air Traffic Control
You will bring order to the chaos, using your multitasking, communication and analytical skills to help our aircraft take off and return safely and expeditiously.
Enhanced Officers Scheme (EOS)
As an Air Warfare Officer, you'll be placed under the Enhanced Officers Scheme.

Career stories
"Being in the RSAF has brought out a greater version of me."

To me, joining the RSAF is my way of serving my friends, family and country – it may sound like a cliché but I do find my higher purpose here.
Initially, I had difficulties keeping up with the fast-paced training and dynamic operating environment. But fast forward to today (just over a year later), I have improved. I wouldn't say training and operations are easy, but with my teammates around me, I am definitely stronger physically, mentally and professionally.
The RSAF has strengthened my ability to command and communicate effectively and confidently. In the RSAF, I found a better version of myself.
