The Enhanced Warrant Officers Scheme (EWOS) offers a career path to becoming a warrant officer in two vocations, leading teams and setting high standards in the RSAF.

Under this scheme, you will work towards becoming a warrant officer, establishing yourself as a core team leader and setting the standards for your squadron to emulate. You are in charge of strengthening your team – developing each member's potential and training them to be our warriors in the sky.

Career and Retirement Endowment (CARE)
To support your financial security upon retirement, the organisation contributes a percentage of your monthly salary into your CARE account starting from your first year of service:
Specialists (MSG and below): 10% contribution
Warrant Officers (3WO and above): 15% contribution

Premium Bonuses
You will receive cash bonuses at ages 26, 29, 32 and 35, regardless of your rank, to better meet your needs at this life stage such as housing.
Medisave-cum-Subsidised Outpatient (MSO) Scheme
You will receive additional Medisave contributions and enjoy up to 85% subsidy for yourself and 60% for your dependants on outpatient treatment.
Early degree Sponsorship
Service personnel with good military performance may apply for the CLASS Degree Sponsorship to pursue full-time or part-time studies at recognised universities. This is possible within the first three years of service for top performers, subject to the management's approval.
Sign-on Bonus
If you are not starting on or undergoing sponsored studies, you will receive a one-time Sign-on Bonus of $35,000.
Flexible benefits (FLEX)
You will receive $800 - $1,000 FLEX credits a year, which can be used to pay for your insurance, vacations, education and medical needs.
