Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Command

The UAV Command (UC) is the second RSAF Command to be inaugurated as part of the restructured 3rd Generation Air Force. The UC is also the first operational SAF Command raised in the RSAF that will be staffed by personnel from all three Services and the Joint Staff.

Mission

  • To deliver responsive, persistent and precise UAV capabilities to achieve the SAF's mission.

  • To develop the SAF's UAV personnel, and raise, train and sustain the RSAF's UAV forces.

Operations Development Group (ODG)

ODG oversees the development of operational plans and doctrines for Air Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) operations. It also ensures UC's task competency to deliver precise and timely Air Imagery Intelligence to support the SAF's mission.

UAS Warfare and Tactics Centre (UWTC)

UWTC focuses on driving the development of Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) warfare and its integration with other SAF forces, and work with industries and tech agencies.

UAV Group (UG)

UG focuses on UAV operations and development. UG also ensures the competency of active and NS personnel involved in UAV operations, and provides governance for all UAV operations in the SAF.

Air Intelligence Group (AIG)

AIG focuses on interpreting and analysing data collected by our unmanned aerial platforms and translating them into actionable intelligence for timely dissemination in support of the wider RSAF and SAF mission. AIG also ensures the competencies of Air Imagery Intelligence Experts (AIRIX).

1 Air Engineering and Logistics Group (1 AELG)

1 AELG is responsible for the operational maintenance and engineering of UC's UAVs and systems. It also ensures the competency of active and NS Air Force Engineers to meet mission requirements.
